Quantum Metric identifies, prioritises and quantifies the customer's digital struggle and the impact of potential lost revenue, regardless of channel or device. Since our founding in 2015, a growing list of brands have taken the Quantum Leap, including AT&T, Lululemon, Western Union, Under Armour, and Alaska Airlines.
