In addition, making sure title was clear; there were no pending liens or issues with the property, so the property could be transferred to the new buyer. • Communicated with asset managers, suppliers, title, and legal regarding any concerns with any of the REO properties that were being sold.
• Analyzed financial information, including credit reports, tax returns, and income documentation to underwrite loans. • Processed modifications for first liens, second liens, and home equity lines of credit for borrowers with a focus on achieving borrower affordability, while preserving bank assets, and following investor guidelines. • Approved and underwritten workout solutions in accordance with HUD, government, and other investor guidelines. • Appeared in mediations telephonically to discuss workout out options with counsel. Acted as a liaison for Bank of America’s legal counsel for loss mitigation options. Excelled in providing customer service to all customers, investors, associates, and attorneys.
