I write the Weight and Healthcare newsletter: https://WeightAndHealthcare.substack.com I co-author the HAES Health Sheets: https://haeshealthsheets.com/ As a speaker and writer, my goal is to use my background in research methods, statistics, and social justice work to captivate, inspire, motivate, expose myths, and give my audience the opportunity to question their stereotypes and preconceptions with a mixture of power, humor, and cold hard facts. I have spoken to a wide array of organizations, interests, From healthcare practitioners at Kaiser Permanente, medical conferences and private practices, to employees at Google Headquarters and Amazon, to students/faculty/staff at higher education institutions from Dartmouth to CalTech, and to fitness professionals at international conferences like CanFitPro. As a consultant, I blend my over past experience as an Operations Consultant with my knowledge of weight science, weight stigma, and the weight-neutral health paradigm to help businesses create inclusive workplace wellness programs and make sure that they are providing an excellent, inclusive experience to employees and customers of all sizes.
