I Led a software engineer team of 15, building software solutions for GE Power Systems. The work Improved transaction accuracy by over XXXX DPMO and speed from over days to seconds. The work enabled us to win a multi year, multi million contract from GE to migrate over 11 legacy systems to state of art software solutions. This project was delivered in full to client's satisfaction in the defined timelines.
