I’m excited to join Lightcast, where I’ll be focused on Product Operations, Release Management, and Product Strategy across one of the most important data and intelligence platforms in the workforce ecosystem. Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to work at the intersection of technology, workforce intelligence, and organizational effectiveness, holding leadership roles at companies including Salesforce and Korn Ferry. While my experience spans product management, AI governance, talent technology, and workforce strategy, one theme has remained constant: helping organizations turn strategy into execution. At Lightcast, I’ll be focused on improving delivery predictability, strengthening cross-functional alignment, scaling operational excellence, and helping teams transform complex labor market intelligence into products that create meaningful value for customers. I’m particularly excited to contribute to a company whose mission sits at the intersection of labor economics, workforce development, skills intelligence, and AI-driven decision-making—areas that have been central to my professional interests for many years.
