Had an opportunity to do a research and write up a thesis on particle size distribution related study in Queens University/Royal Military College of Canada located in the heart of the beautiful city Kingston in Ontario, Canada. See the details at the publication section. During this period, I managed to gather extensive amount of knowledge in the water and wastewater discipline and latest technical advancements and met many industry leading experts through workshops and career development programs hosted by Queens University. Walking along the lake shore of Kingston on a sunny Spring day is really a wonderful refreshing experience.
Started my engineering career as a water and wastewater engineer at the division that provides turn-key solutions for commercial and industrial customers for boiler, cooling tower and swimming pool water treatment and eventually leading a team of six marketing professionals marketing such products and services within the market territory. This includes design, construction and commissioning of such plants as well as project management, maintaining customer relationships and business development in this area. Upon successfully managing the water treatment division, end up adopting wastewater works as part of the group responsibilities. Successfully designed, constructed and commissioned three waste water treatment plants (chemical and biological treatment) and grew the business primarily through technical excellence, good customer service and practicing proactive project management practices.
