 Preparation and generation of various reports from the accounting system;  Ensuring that records are maintained as per statutory requirements in a safe and secure condition;  Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements on monthly basis;  Preparing all the Payment and Receipt Vouchers;  Coordinating with bank’s customer relation officers;  Preparing bank position on daily basis;  Maintaing NCCPL and CDC records;  Preparing CDC reconciliations;  Submitting IDS on daily basis;  Assisting a physical verification exercise of all the fixed assets of FDIBL on a yearly basis, and ensuring that the coding of Fixed Assets is complete for effective control;  Ensuring the deduction of Provident Fund payments from employees’ salaries and its deposit in a separate bank account of the Provident Fund;  Assisting in the deduction of income tax from employees’ salary and its deposit into Government Treasury within stipulated time in coordination with the Tax Department;  Maintaining all records pertaining to bank correspondence;  Preparing fund requirements report on daily basis;  Preparing summary of payments on monthly basis;  Maintaining petty cash and preparing Petty Cash Vouchers;  Checking the monthly closing schedules;  Assisting in the submission of monthly returns to Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP);  Performing SBP Reporting on a monthly basis;  Performing any other tasks assigned by Manager Accounts or Chief Financial Officer
