Manage the CSR ProjectsHeading the CSR Department , over all responsible for CSR Policy making , Implementation , monitoring , and Govt. Auditing of the organisation as per CSR Act or companies Act • Financial Management of CSR Department , CSR audit and report from Ministry of corporate affairs , • NGO or implementation partner selection as per CSR requirement and Govt. guideleine • Prepration and execution of annual CSR calander, CSR Report annual, quarterly , project wise, • Engagement of employee in the CSR activity • Working with the Business Development Division or external agency or donor for developing and maintaining detailed proposals on CSR program and Govt. program , Skill Development Program • Managing and coordinating the delivery of the program, including target setting, governance , recruitment , audit and reporting (internal and external ) in the project level and stakeholder level • Monitoring as per denominator of the Program and financial monitoring as per the project budget • Sharing Work with the communications team to ensure effective internal and external communications of program activity , Sharing the best practice on suitable platform , including stakeholder engagement in shaping the strategy • Identifying the opportunity for organizational growth and influencing senior management and key departments to secure ongoing commitment to the approach • Organizing the mega events and need base trainings to the program and employee • Representing the organization in events , meetings , visits as per direction of the Senior Management • Conducting training programs as per project requirement on subject
