NETS is the largest payment service provider in Singapore and is the payment switch for the 3 local banks (UOB, DBS and OCBC). NETS is the largest merchant acquirer in Singapore and provides payment services for all segments of consumers. Key products include debit cads, stored value cards and Internet payments. I was the Business head for payment services on the Mobile and Internet channel. A major part of this role was to set up a mobile payment solution, which included creating a Card Not Present offering for the NETS swipe and PIN debit card
• Managing existing customers and creating new business in SEA • Responsible for group level relationships with Telkom Malaysia and Singtel • Establishing a presence in new markets for SmartTrust through partners (e.g. Indo-China, Australia) • Lead and manage a team of Sales, Presales and Solution Architects for SEA • Responsible for implementing and monitoring sales processes , customer satisfaction and SLA fulfillment
