As the 1st Global CCISO (Computing Chief Information Security Officer), I built the PCI-DSS compliance office and led B&H in acquiring the ROC in less than 13 months. KEY DELIVERABLES & OBJECTIVES: - Took over the existing PCI Compliance initiative from IT and built a separate security compliance group - Developed relationships with the QSA, Acquiring Bank, other vendors, internal development team and internal systems team - Conducted pre-QSA security assessment, shared vulnerabilities, gaps and risks with senior management - Acquired significant budgetary approvals to mitigate risks - B&H set industry standards by improving security, increasing ecommerce transactions and achieving the ROC within 13 months.
