Main Duties • Handling with all Export Dept. samples including correspondence with the Export Sales Dept, Warehouses and Production Dept. • Handling with some R and D Dept. samples including correspondence with the R and D Dept. , Warehouses and Production Dept . • Packaging airfreight samples manually with dry Ice and ice boxes, after ordering Dry Ice from outsource • Packaging all other freight methods samples manually with suitable packages and keep them refrigerated until they are exported. • Archives Documents of Export Orders, Performa invoices, production forms, environmental and Health certificates and all related documents. • Assists Finance department in preparing Letters in credit by performing needed modifications and get them issued from chamber of industry.. • Preparing Export Invoices, Packing List, Receiving Lists, Loading Lists and COO’s which is short for Certificate of Origin.
I have maintained a high standard of quality in the Air Condition Plant which is one of the plants in the Complex specialized in manufacturing Daewoo brand A/C's (Split and Window type), this high standard has been only reached and maintained by continuous patrolling through all the lines of the plant including: ▪ Heat Exchanger Line ▪ Pipe Line ▪ Painting Line ▪ Press Line ▪ Indoor Assembly Line ▪ Outdoor Assembly Line ▪ Silk Printing All previously mentioned activities have been supervised by Daewoo's Korean Experts and accomplished with the help of state of art inspection devices. In details, all the following activities have been undertaken such as: Continuous Quality Control for final product using statistical analysis Continuous Quality Assurance for manpower, machine, process and raw material. Applying corrective, preventive, and route cause analysis techniques. Redesigning some lines in the AC Factory to make the work flow more efficient Developing the foundations of the ISO system in the AC Factory. Coordinating and supervising installation of the A/C Factory lines. Logistics for QC dept. Building good knowledge in the A/C, its maintenance, and installation. Cooperation in initiating the ERP System in the Complex. Sharpening handy, customer orientation, communicational and leadership skills
