As a part of the Management team was responsible for Owning the Vision & driving the organization to meet its defined vision and yearly targets within the available budget. Defining company’s short term and long term goals and creating a road map to achieve it. Spearheading various activities and to provide leadership, direction to all programs and services. Active involvement in all programs and services and develop a broad and deep knowledge of all programs. Responsible for Project Delivery across all verticals – Manufacturing, Supply chain management, Logistics, Trading & Service domain across all Geo’s - India, Africa, Middle East, North America. As Financial controller, was responsible for o Preparing and submitting an annual operational budget based on past performance and future projections to the CEO / Board for review and approval, manage effectively within this budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered o Overseeing and managing multiple department budgets , ensuring achievement of Revenue & Expenses and mentoring direct reports in effective budget planning and tracking practices, o Customer collections and Organization Cash flow planning o Overseeing companies transaction processing systems and constructing reliable control systems o Reporting of financials results to the Board of Directors As Head HR, was Primarily responsible for Recruitment, Training, Resource Pool management, Appraisal, Setting up of Organizational & Individual KRA’s , HR policies

• Led large team comprising of Managers, Technical professionals and Functional specialists and reported to Associate Vice President • Played various roles from Delivery head for Oracle Apps implementation in UK & Germany, Oracle Apps & SAP delivery head for India, Scala delivery head for South (India), Implementation consultant for Scala & Scala Localization head • Responsible for executing a large Oracle Apps implementation assignment with TUI UK. Was hands on and was responsible from Pre-Sale till execution & Delivery. Was awarded 'Employee of the Year' for successful execution of this project and helping Sonata in getting a large Offshore project from TUI • Responsible for Transitioning of Oracle Apps & BI applications to offshore and to setup the ODC [offshore development center for TUI InfoTec] in Bangalore and Hyderabad. Ensured successful transition and managed ongoing support and multiple project delivery of various Oracle Apps instances – German, Belgium, UK, Cyprus, Poland o Ensured setting up of Team, Infrastructure , procedures, communications, operation aspects, achievement of Customer expectations and provided technical leadership in Transition & Implementation assignments • Streamlined the delivery process in compliance to business functions, Mentoring team members and participated in Appraisals , Job rotation and Career development programs • Pre-sale support : to Sales team, Estimation & Proposal generation, Resource Planning & fulfillment • Account management: Cost / P&L Management, Revenue growth, Developing and maintaining client relationship, Billing & Collections, and planning, tracking , monitoring/assessment and reporting/escalation/ continual visibility for the projects

• Incharge of Scheduling, Planning & Manufacturing of Printhead division. • Involved in the Design & Development of components for Printers & Printheads • Vendor development - for Molded / Pressed components • Co-ordinated with Materials, Design, Tool Eng. & Quality assurance to achieve production targets. • ISO 9001 implementation coordinator for Computer peripherals department. • Implemented Total Quality Management (TQM) & SQC techniques for solving production problems. • Involved in Planning & Execution of conversion jobs ( Digitization of documents )
