Appointed to establish the CPO to conceptualise, develop and lead the Ultra High Net Worth business segment within Commonwealth Private. The business provides a unique offering - wealth management and investment advice to UHNW families (>$10m). Asset under Advice stood at $1.4bn in June 2020 and the business generated $8.2 million of revenue in FY2020. I managed a team of 22 full time employees across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, including relationship managers, technical investment specialists and technical structuring specialist, as well as a complete middle office operations team. A predominantly wholesale proposition, the business was built utilising its own bespoke infrastructure consisting of an external custodian and a state of the art, world's best of class reporting system, global, multi-currency, any asset class, with the ability to provide bespoke and consolidated reporting.
Reported to the Head of Macquarie Private Bank, responsible for Private Banking services for Ultra High Net Worth individuals. Included wealth management (financial planning) and investment management. Structuring lifestyle and financial assets for individuals - setting up appropriate legal entities and structures for wealthy families to manage their financial affairs. As one of the Partners in the Private Bank, I managed a team of four individuals and covered 32 ultra-high net worth client relationships (average account size $10 million), for a total of approx. $340 million of Assets under Advice.

Leading a group of 24 PWM (total of 53 employees) Professionals to cover Germany’s and Austria’s HNW Individuals.
