▪ Purchasing Representative within project team from concept design phase until SOP for Fuel Supply Unit and Water Delivery Module systems ▪ Handling multiple OEM projects in terms of supplier sourcing, new components launching and development. ▪ Covering material cost, supplier component quality, timing and technical feasibility ▪ Commodities handled: electrical (wire harnesses, lead frames); plastic injection (plastic functional parts, corrugated tubes, over molded components); metal components (fasteners, tubes, plugs); stamping (steel plates), rubber (volume compensators, sealings, o rings), raw material . ▪ Follow-up on supplier and material status during product development phase ▪ Control BOM cost ▪ Design to cost during product development and cost reduction programs for BUs products after SOP

• Purchasing activities for the Autoliv Steering Wheels division plants located in: France, Romania and Tunisia • Handling multiple OEM projects in terms of supplier sourcing, new components launching and development. • Feasibility Commitment – responsible for organizing recurrent technical and follow-up meetings with the external suppliers in the APQP process. • PPAP on time - performed by collaborating closely with the Supplier Quality representative. • Roadmap Supplier Sourcing – choosing the right supplier in terms of cost, quality, on time delivery and proper responsiveness in the relationship with Autoliv. • Commodities handled: leather (top grain, split / cut sets, hides); electrical (wire harnesses); electronics (ECUs, heating mats, steering wheel switches, HOD); plastic injection (steering wheel decorative parts, backshells, plastic enforcers); wood decorative parts. • Run@Rate and Production Trial Run – on site audit in the supplier facility. • Prepare and launch CAPEX. • Managing serial changes and tool modifications based on design change. • VEVA activities. • Negotiation of: piece price, tooling, serial checking fixtures, development and validation costs.

• Managing commercial and non-commercial departments • Forecasting and monitoring, on a monthly and yearly basis, the sector turnover, as well as other business KPI • Stock management, purchase orders, permanent link to Procurement HQ, setting up specific reports. • Analyzing each range performance and taking specific actions to improve its turnover and profit margin • Leading projects and initiatives in order to maximize sales and profit growth • Setting up implementation strategies for traffic catalogs and layouts for promotions coverage • Implementing re-decorations within the store, connected to product groups layouts, seasonality in direct collaboration with Merchandising and Procurement HQ • Conducting monthly competition benchmarking for the Procurement HQ, by leading the managers team • Preparing yearly stock inventory • Monitoring managers performance: coaching and developing them in order to improve their performance Technologies used: Microsoft Office, LOGALI AS 400.
