R. Sablich & Associates is a private consultancy that focuses on growing under performing companies, and assists those who desire to bring new products or services to market or increase their market share. I have been doing this for 40 years with great success. I have started new Divisions within larger companies, introduced new services to new markets, and turned around companies that were failing to achieve their intended objectives. I have a large network of associates that can add value to specialty areas where my knowledge base may not be strong enough or contemporary enough, enabling us to resolve a wide assortment of problems and challenges. Earlier this year I decided to take down my Consulting Shingle and retire. I am not officially seeking any active assignments, however, I am willing to help others review their business and offer advice to explore new directions or find creative ways to grow your existing business. All work must be remote, local to DFW Texas or via Zoom.
