My primary role is to keep a strategic view over tech, ensuring the team is empowered to thrive and take the best decisions available for any given situation. My focus has been on the challenges of building complex games - targetting the mobile and console markets - while operating them. I am engaged in building a culture of fast integration and deployment while keeping service response times under 100ms. Our stack of choice is AWS, for the backend, and Unity, for the frontend. We are consuming most of Amazon's technologies: datastores (DynamoDB, Redis, ES), computing (EC2, ECS), and we have also partnered with famous third-party technology providers (like Datadog, NewRelic, and Armory).
