Brief Responsibilities: - Facilitating effective coordination and liaison with the team and all other concern persons both within and outside organization - Provide Family planning, HIV/AIDS, STI, TB, Psycho-sexual problem and Reproductive health related information to the clients. - Assist to organize capacity building Training, local level advocacy and liaise with other Family planning service giver organization. - Counseling & communication with the client to provide them information about LARC method. - Interaction among the SMC programs and give them necessary feedback from clients for better program design and planning. - Prepare & submit the report to the supervisor at the end of month.
