EMPOWERMENT We must realize that as women we have more in common than not. Our outer appearances may be different, our culture and upbringing may be different, and even our education levels may be different; however, our internal make-up as “women” is very comparable. Understanding as women that we are stronger together than apart. With our sisterhood bonds we can move mountains and break glass ceilings. It is vital that we uplift, mentor, and empower our sisters (young & seasoned) to assure that we are keeping a true “Sisterhood Movement” alive and well. #RWRSisterhoodMovement MISSION To encourage and advocate for self-worth; self-advocacy; self-esteem; and sisterhood for women. In the words of Maya Angelou “When You Know Better You Do Better.” VISION To have a “supportive sisterhood network” that we can go to in our times of joy and pain; we provide constructive criticism with much love; enjoy and relish in each other’s successes; and to provide authentic and empathetic support.
