• Built and expanded a dynamic candidate training program that successfully recruited and trained women to run for office resulting in almost 40 Emerge PA trained women serving in office. • Increased the diversity of the women in the Emerge PA candidate training programs, Board of Directors and women running for office. In 2021 45% of the Emerge PA trained women running for office identify as BIPOC, in the 2021 candidate training class over 60% of the class identifies as BIPOC. • Continually increased the number of Emerge trained women running for office across PA. • Increased organizational funding by over 44% in 2019, secured the two largest donations in organization history during COVID in 2020, and continue to build a financially sustainable organization.
