My primary responsibilities include providing strategic direction for our Health and Wellness Consulting services; advising clients on best practices in worksite wellness with a focus on population health management; planning, designing and implementing an array of health promotion and prevention services for our clients; and supporting the mission and goals of GBS Benefits. In this role, I oversee our high-functioning H&W Consulting Team; work as part of an integrated care team with other areas of GBS Benefits including Medical, Pharmarcy, Actuary and Underwriting; and collaborate with partners including medical insurance carriers, independent wellness program administrators, data warehousing partners, medical directors, and community partners to improve workforce health, safety and productivity. I am dedicated to enhancing the wellness, health and quality of life of the employees of all of our clients, and am fortunate to work for an organization that holds like values!
