Exploration of new concepts under respect of legislation, techn. feasibility, safety, client expectance. Generating conceptual and functional R&D completely, techn. R&D together with contract manufacturers if needed, due to limited manufacturing facilities for some product categories. Attending to private label (PL) clients in techn/legisl/nutr questions. Elaboration of new projects, preparing and presenting project briefings at PL clients in cooperation with marketing. Compilation of declarations in accordance to legislation, compiling of documents needed for registration/authorisation. Promoting innovation as a major task by literature research, visits of exhibitions, conferences, and seminars, research contacts, functional ingredients manufacturers, and athletes. Sales support by writing/supervising nutritional and promotional materials.
