I'm here to re-define the IT strategy at Group level and establish a new application and infrastructure architecture landscape with a focus on R&D, Clinical Trial Operations, Manufacturing and Finance. Develop data management and digital analytics capabilities, creating dynamic dashboards based on multiple harmonized data sources, with AI and ML, supporting data driven business decision taking. Design and implement CSV processes, relevant training and document processes. Collect, harmonize and implement research data platform like Dotmatics and GeneData. Digitize and automate Clin Trials, ClinDev, PMO, F&A, HR, QA and RA processes by developing and implementing an end-to-end integrated business platform strategy with Lab Informatics, PV Signal Detection, BI Analytics, MS365; Office, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Flows, Project Online, PowerBI, Resource Planner, PowerApps. I'm the company data privacy officer (GDPR) and responsible data protection officer Restructure and build a new IT organization (10 fte) establishing capabilities for infrastructure, data management, CSV, analytics, managed services and eLibrary portal. Establish governance model for clinical data management systems on Azure Cloud based data platform with BC Platforms Establishing and chair IT Innovation Board Steering Group Advise the Board and Presidency about new innovative technologies Recommends, plans and manage IT investments and reports to the Board on progress, deliverable and ROI.
