• Responsible for the organization, review of the technical designs and issuance of purchase and work orders for the construction of the different parts base and list of equipment necessary for the assembly of automatic customized lines of horizontal packaging and flow pack. • Responsible for the assembly management, guaranteeing and complying with the assembly and test schedule of the machines and the resolution of possible modifications in compliance with the client's expectations in the agreed time. • Main interlocutor between the internal departments: commercial, engineering, purchasing and production, guaranteeing the correct execution of the work plans, quality of the components and delivery time. • Acquisition of the necessary material for the packing of the equipment, supervision of the dismantling and packing of the same, preparation of loading plan and documentation registration..

• 2D modeling of executive drawings and construction of equipment, structures, piping and ducts for the construction of detergent production plants. • Supervision of the assembly and start-up of new plants abroad. • Collaboration in the preparation of technical manuals. • Organization of documentation and designs in the technical department. • Integration and collaboration for the development of new 3D designs.

• Planning and management of productive activity (work order, ERP and KPI). • Coordinate and manage internal staff, suppliers and outsourced personnel according to the requirements in the planning of production. • Direct policies for non-strategic purchases and logistics of supplies, equipment and maintenance. • Coordinate and collaborate with the definition of strategic policies with the subsidiaries of Poland, Spain and USA. • Coordinate the implementation of improvements in the processes according to the 10 x better philosophy. Results:  Optimization of production times through the implementation of Lean Manufacturing methodologies. - Obtaining ISO 9001 and 14001 certification. - Zero "0" the downtime of the production lines through the implementation of scheduled preventive maintenance and process improvements. - Zero"0" accidents, raising awareness while maintaining a culture of workplace safety in the company.

Training in design, consulting and 3D modeling of civil and electrical installations, industrial automation and electrical distribution, electrical panels and control systems of the machine, preparation of the necessary documentation for participation in contract tenders (required inspections, preparation of technical design and attachments, evaluation of tenders), preparation of documents in the case of verification and / or award of the launch bid of a new work, the processing of quotations and the management of commissions. Collaborated in reengineering projects and contract tenders for establishment ALFA ROMEO located in Cassino and SEVEL located in Val di Sangro.

• Reengineering of productive spaces for the incorporation of new lines in order to streamline the work flow. • Implementation of 5S methodology, lean manufacturing and ERP. • Plan, organize, integrate and manage interdepartmental operations, customers and suppliers to ensure the conformity of production plans with efficient management of resources. • Responsible for coordinating and acquiring supplies for preventive and corrective maintenance, guaranteeing productive continuity Results: - Creation of a control system and interface between the production and the sales department. - Awareness and training of personnel in the area of occupational safety and 5S methodology. - Implementation of performance indicators in order to evaluate the benefits of processes and personnel to build measures and incentives for staff. - Creation of the mechanical department, technical details and maintenance manuals for all machinery.

• Identify gaps in the various departments to undertake actions to improve, sophisticate, organize, and control the business management system. • Organization of workforce, quality control and front office for customer satisfaction. Results: - Upgrade and refurbish the warehouse and implement a spare parts supply and consumption control system. - Reorganization of processes and plant by incorporating heavy mechanical department, 25% increase in turnover 20% increase in customers. - Refinance of billing and account management of the company. - Implement preventive maintenance on the equipment without affecting the operations.
