▪ Planning bid preparation timeline, status monitoring and review and completion of all technical and commercial components of the Tender for design and build projects of WTP and STP ▪ Evaluation of project contract terms and conditions, and identification and management of technical and contractual risks ▪ Supervision and management of process and proposal engineers and different discipline engineers (civil and structural, piping and mechanical, electrical and instrumentation) ▪ Technical and commercial evaluation of quotations ▪ Preparation of bill of quantities and schedule of prices

▪ Conduct Internal Audits for other departments to find areas of improvement and ensure compliance to the latest ISO policy ▪ Prepare Internal Audit Report and Corrective Action Reports based on the Internal Audit conducted ▪ Prepare the ISO documentation requirements and conduct risk analysis and root cause and preventive action analysis ▪ Monitor activities of the team to ensure compliance with the quality standards and meeting with target objectives of the company ▪ Implement ISO procedures within the team ▪ Create the templates for the purpose of standardizing the internal and external deliverables of the team

▪ Planning bid preparation timeline, status monitoring and review and completion of all technical and commercial components of the Tender for design and build projects of WTP and STP ▪ Supervision, training, and management of process engineers and coordination with the different discipline engineers (civil and structural, piping and mechanical, electrical and instrumentation) ▪ Coordinate with external parties such as the partners in the consortium and the subcontractors for their technical and commercial deliverables ▪ Direct interface with the project client and consultant for bid related technical and commercial matters ▪ Technical and commercial evaluation of quotations ▪ Preparation of bill of quantities and schedule of prices ▪ Direct coordination with the group chief technology officers for bid optimization

▪ Review Prequalification (PQ), Tender Documents, PQ and Tender Bulletins for design and build projects of Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) ▪ Prepare PQ and technical bid submittals and check their accuracy and completeness ▪ Coordinate and monitor the deliverables of each discipline (civil, mechanical, piping, and electrical and instrumentation) and update the team of the overall status of the proposal ▪ Prepare process and hydraulic calculations and other process-related technical submittals such as process flow diagram, piping and instrumentation diagram, and process description for WTP and STP as per client requirements ▪ Coordinate with and gather quotations from various vendors for process and mechanical equipment ▪ Prepare Operational Expense Cost for Technical Bid Submittals including yearly chemical consumption cost, power consumption cost, and manpower cost; calculate the Life Cycle Cost and Net Present Value based on the project’s operational life ▪ Simulate BioWin calculation programs for STPs using process treatment technologies such as Conventional Activated Sludge (CAS), Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR), Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR), and Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) ▪ Coordinate with employees from different WABAG Groups for the completion of the technical requirements of the projects

▪ Assist in creating and examining internal and external deliverables based on client requirements ▪ Examine material data sheets and determine the hazardous properties of the chemicals involved in the client's processes ▪ Review material balances, process flow diagrams, and process and instrumentation diagrams ▪ Create and review fire protection layout plans using Microstation
