As Senior .Net Developer, worked in GameStop project which is based in Texas USA. Assigned on-shore with GameStop 3-months every year. Worked in different team from PenTest, Native App and EQRT. Instrumental in addressing Production issues. Investigate, troubleshoot and escalate any issues to different teams for quick resolutions. Deep understanding, investigating and troubleshooting issues in OMS which includes xFS Fulfillment and IMS systems, and other IBM systems in Linux environment. Provide solutions and answers to any Business users inquiries and clarifications. Provide findings and recommendations to other teams, such as IT / Systems department, to address server related issues. Monitors servers and task scheduler states/statuses to ensure no downtimes in Live/Production environment. Handles/covers the overall systems/processes. Developed and created Windows Powershell scripts to automate repeated tasks, such as monitoring server disk space and available memory, Endeca logs clean-up, restarting Windows services especially for multiple servers, gathering task scheduler job history for baseline reporting, and real-time alerting or notification in case of failures/errors encountered on backend jobs. Instrumental in developing and enhancement of REST API Services for the Native App Checkout mobile app. Acted as a Test Automation Engineer. Instrumental in developing the test automation scripts using the internal D-con framework using JRuby for automating the functional testing of Rest API services for native app. Instrumental in the development and mitigation of vulnerabilities of GameStop’s website based on Veracode scan results. Applied the mitigation based on OWASP recommendations and other web security enhancements. Initiated and instrumental in the development of the security helper class, to be used in mitigating the vulnerabilities moving forward. Ensure no other functionalities or features will be affected while doing the mitigation.
