Leaflet helps Shopify brands stay on top of pricing. In a world of rapid inflation and supply chain shocks, this is more important than ever. We do this by providing world class price testing tools, simple design, and great service. Shopify is building the world's operating system for commerce. More than 2 million entrepreneurs have chosen to build their dreams on that operating system, and I am building Leaflet for them. Join.Leaflet.Co I helped discover this opportunity and spearheaded the design of the product and accompanying service. I was guided in this process by human centered design, as well as my past experiences in price testing and P&L responsibility.
Richard Komaiko's past jobs
After the acquisition of AttorneyFee our business continued on as an independent subdivision – Local.LegalZoom.com - intended to pursue business opportunities related to consumer legal needs and law firm needs. • Maintained overall responsibility for profit and loss of the subdivision. • Reported directly to CEO of the parent company. As part of this responsibility I assisted him in preparing for monthly board meetings as they pertained my subdivision. • Successfully migrated AttorneyFee’s product offerings and customer base onto LegalZoom’s brand and domain. • As part of that migration, we had to update our terms of service and revenue recognition protocols to comply with the audit standards of an IPO-ready company • Successfully integrated our team into the parent organization and managed an expanded, cross- matrixed headcount distributed across four locations. • Added new business lines, including student loan forgiveness, business bankruptcy, and TCPA.
AttorneyFee was an online marketplace that helped law firms use pricing to attract more business. • Cofounded the company and built it into an organization of 35 FTEs. • Responsible for product vision, design, roadmap, and execution. • Developed the most efficient sales competency in the legal lead generation industry, which helped us quickly acquire a customer base of nearly 1,000 law firms around the country and a revenue stream of $5M/year. • Directly oversaw all acquisition marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, display advertising, affiliate marketing, partnerships, and radio advertising. • Introduced KPIs across the company to develop a culture of transparency and accountability. • Exercised overall responsibility for the compliance of the business with rules of professional ethics (which govern law firm advertising, fee splitting, and unauthorized practice of law)
