Volunteering Journeys is a social enterprise that provides experiential volunteer holidays for gap year students, family volunteers, career breakers or retirees who are looking for meaningful travel. We specialise in holidays in India particularly and are based in the South of India in Kerala. We also have programs in neighbouring countries like Nepal, Cambodia, Sri Lanka and Maldives. Im interested in 1. International partner and new program development 2. Managing sales and marketing teams and establishing goals and targets for growth. 3. Managing a team of Program Leaders who run operations. 4. Planning digital growth strategy and learning online optimisation. 5. Networking and liasing with industry leaders and groups along with representation at industry.
