As Community Engagement Supervisor Central Kalimantan, MGM Coal Mine Project  Responsible to our life community engagement process.  To build relationships with organisations and key individuals as part of the public engagement process.  To develop relationships with key agencies that may be interested in funding community engagement work. (e.g. Local authorities, stakeholders)  Assist HRD Dept. to work closely with the Community engagement to ensure that community engagement projects are delivered in an effective and efficient manner.  Responsible to design and lead training activities on different elements of community engagement.  To act as lead facilitator for a variety of commissioned community engagement processes (i.e. leading interactions with citizens, developing relationships with citizens, addressing the needs of those citizens and ensuring that all within the group are able to meaningfully contribute and share their knowledge and opinion.  To design and lead training activitieson different elements of community engagement (i.e. karate for the kids - elementary schools).  To monitor and evaluate community engagement processes.
