Responsible for full cycle recruiting that includes sourcing, screening and interviewing. Deliver all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization to be achieved through positive relationships with hiring managers as well as insuring a positive candidate experience as well. Employ traditional sourcing strategies and resources and developing new, creative recruiting ideas and play a critical role in ensuring that the company is hiring the best possible talent. Responsibilities include development and execution of recruiting plans, networking through industry contacts, associations, professional organizations and groups as well as internal employees and college recruiting initiatives. All duties and responsibilities of new hire coordination to include offer process, background check and pre-employment/post offer drug screening process, all on-boarding processes to include new hire paperwork and serve as the primary facilitator for the company new hire orientation program. My duties also include a variety of administrative tasks and project management duties.
