For the development of winning, deliverable and profitable solutions and services including the management of cross-functional teams contributing towards those solutions. Manager I am accountable for comprehensive, end-to-end solution design, documentation and compliance for clients.

Operating on multiple solar projects across the UK, ground mount and commercial roof top ranging from 50kw- 40mw sites. Main duties are reviewing developed sites worth fifty thousand to fifty million pounds, insuring they meet the company’s targets. Coordinating design information over to the sub-contractors install companies, working very closely with onsite site managers insuring projects are completed to UK regulations.

Working with Clients, Planners and DNO’s in achieving projects from initial inquiry to O&M stage. I am currently managing a team of design engineers in producing complex bespoke design work for commercial and ground mount Solar PV projects ranging from 10kw to 45mw. Meeting suppliers in the UK and abroad to ensure we get the designed products we require to site in the contracted timeframe to ensure deadlines are met. Previously worked as an all-round design manager looking after commercial and domestic in house design. Having a team of designers in producing 50-150 domestic PV SOL designs per week for UK homes then promoted within a year as a design director for commercial projects. In use and managing staff with software products such as PV SYST and AutoCAD.

Technical CAD designs for solar PV farms and small commercial blocks, completing drawings for planning applications and client proposals. The use of individual product programs to ensure bespoke efficient design for every project. Working alongside contractors and clients to make sure programs are met with deadlines.

Completing design quotes for residential properties with the use of programs such as 3D PV.SOL, Mounting systems and CAD. Ensuring a number of quotes are completed by the team is efficient and to a top standard quality with the use of panel calculator to standardize the errors which can be made.

Residential Surveying of viable properties within the south of England for the installation of the growing market of Solar PV Panels. Ensuring accurate information is gained on site whilst briefing the customer through the process.

Working alongside a qualified architect to produce CAD drawings for planning applications. Also visiting sites to carry out surveys to produce accurate interior layouts.

Serving customers, maintaining excellent levels of customer care during busy periods, I have worked mainly in the Kingston branch for the last five years but have also assisted in the Cardiff branch occasionally whilst studying.

Assisting a Building Survey department with CAD internal layouts of proposed development, and attending regular on site meetings at various different locations across London.
