Within the IT department of Accell Group (premium bike company e.g. Koga, Batavus, Haibike, Raleigh, 18 countries, listed on NYSE Euronext, turnover >1B€), responsible for Architecture, Project Management and 3rd line application development departments. This for creating new/adjusted functionalities in the business application landscape, which supports the primary sales, marketing and supply chain processes of the organisation. Develop and maintain the information provisioning of the data information via the B2B channels to bike dealers (inhouse development .NET), D2C channels and Business Intelligence systems (SAP BO). • Translate the overall IT vision/policy into a year plan, budget and ensure an optimal design for the department, taking into account the business strategy and business project portfolio. Within the IT Infrastructure (ITI) department of Rabobank International, responsible for determining the strategy and portfolio for 24x7 System and Security Monitoring and support of these systems (e.g. ITSM, IAM, SCOM, HP OM, Vulnerability scanning, System hardening, privileged account security). Responsibly for designing, analyzing, maintaining and improving the ITIL processes and Identity Access Management activities for the global (IT) departments and comply these with the internal and external global regulations. Main activities: - Improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of 24x7 system & security monitoring for the global bank systems. - Increase the stability and security as a result of (security) operations monitoring follow up. - Efficiency and effectiveness implementation of the introduced global IAM blue prints/ tooling and arrange the compliance to internal and external regulations (e.g. DNB, Sox). - Liaise with senior business / client representatives global on Identity Access Management Services. - Advice on ITIL process global implementation and responsible for the related global ITSM tool (Easy Vista). - Designing, introducing and maintain an ITI global service catalogue incl. Performance Indicators. - Manage the activities of the IT Processes, Operations & Security team across Utrecht & London, with functional reporting lines to 7 locations (Chile, Brazil, US (California, St. Louis, New York), Singapore, Sydney). - Reporting to the Global Head of ITI and member of the Global MT ITI.

Managing the Sales Support organization of the Inside Sales team of Getronics PinkRoccade (GPR) on 9 locations in Netherlands. The team was responsible for making service offering (infrastructure, application development, housing and temporary resourcing) which GPR can deliver to their corporate clients (approx. 1,4B€ revenue per year) and supports the Account Management teams in the sales cycle.

Bid manager for the “excessive” request for proposals (RFP) incl. contract negotiations with customer and vendor.

Within Getronics Business Unit Corporate Sales Finance & Trade responsible for gathering requirements, designing and offering network infrastructures solutions for corporate customers (e.g. Aegon, PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC), PGGM, ABP, ABN AMRO, and ING).
