This journey begins as a quest to understand those that have returned home to live with their parents or relatives at an alarming pace. After providing research to substantiate this I quickly realize that I too had faced adversities as a young adult from unknown and mis-diagnosed health issues, overcoming workplace obstacles along with the responsibilities of providing and caring for my young family. I further realized that it was the life lessons learned in my childhood, the relationships forged with my family and other key people throughout my life that prepared me to overcome any challenge encountered and to embrace change with a mindset that “life-accidents don’t just happen”.

Responsible for Human Resource Management in support of a newly formed Region. This Region has grown from 6 employees to 400 employees from June of 2014 through November of 2017. As Manager, HR and Facilities, actively participate as a member of the Sr. Region Vice President management team tasked with developing and implementing strategies in support of the region meeting all operational objectives. This includes workforce planning, staffing, development, employee relations, workforce metrics, communications, office facility management, on-boarding, team building and integration of multi disciplinary teams and all employee incentive programs for the region. This requires experience and knowledge providing Human Resource Management in support of unconventional shale resource plays, greenfield projects, organic growth and large scale infrastructure buildout(s).
Responsible for establishing and managing the HR function for a start up organization. This includes the design and implementation of programs and policies to be in compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations. Responsible for the design, implementation and management of all employee benefit plans and programs, recruiting, culture, employee engagement, performance management and compensation programs and policies. Also responsible for ensuring completion of MSA's with client companies to ensure requirements for contracts are met and/or exceeded.
