I led our National Corporate Finance practice which spans M&A Advisory, Private Equity Advisory, Public Company Advisory, Debt Advisory, Due Diligence, Capital Markets, Financial Modelling and Valuations. That business contributes over 10% or £35m of revenues to RSM with over 150 professional staff across the UK. The team operates across the mid market advising entrepreneurs and institutional investors on businesses with enterprise values from just a few million to a few hundred million pounds. Our ethos is to provide a high quality offering to this market securing maximum value for our clients whilst protecting the businesses we advise. As Head of the London Corporate Finance business I led six distinct service offerings; M&A and Private Equity, Capital Markets, Due Diligence, Financial Modelling, Debt Advisory and Public Company Advisory.

I led our National Corporate Finance practice which spans M&A Advisory, Private Equity Advisory, Debt Advisory, Public Company Advisory, Due Diligence, Capital Markets, Financial Modelling and Valuations. I am well networked in the private equity community and within this role regularly spoke to the published and television media on corporate finance and economic issues generally. I personally had the privilege of acting for some terrific entrepreneurs leading over 50 completed deals over the last ten years with a combined value of over £1.4bn.

I originally joined the firm as a director to establish the advisory practice focusing on mid-market (£10-£200m) disposals and private equity transactions. I was promoted to Partner in October 2001, Head of London Advisory in April 2002 and, in October 2003, appointed as National Head of M&A & Private Equity. In April 2014 I was appointed as National Head of Corporate Finance. In 2020 I was appointed CEO of RSM UK.
