Mandala Medien UG has created an unparalleled concept of E-Commerce that makes it possible for every small, mid-size and large retailer to communicate interactively with each customer or interested entity, regardless of the industry or product they wish to sell. In this concept, every participant is a winner. It is ecological in practice, seeking to minimize all returned shipments as well as produced waste, given that the buyer himself participates in the creation process of the desired good. In doing so, the merchant maximizes the number of satisfied customers, since all relevant questions concerning the product are to be answered in advance. Primarily, the focus of this concept lies in the fashion industry, which is the second biggest generator of all waste (after the oil industry). However, all sectors of handcraft and manufacturing could benefit from this concept once the specific industry is individually adapted and optimized for it. Up until now, I have been working relentlessly to make this project a reality, though I am slowly exhausting my finances and reaching the limit of my resources. With little help, I have essentially finalized the business plan and developed a prototype for this platform in order to gauge its plausibility. My Front- and Backend developers are currently working on a Beta Version in order to deliver a Proof of Concept (PoC). Upon completion, I will seek potential investors who show strong willingness to support me with this business venture.
