Under Moncrief’s leadership, H2O has substantially increased its annual revenues and secured a technology foot hold within the groundwater remediation market. Designed ozone treatment systems for potable water and wastewater applications. Developed sizing guidelines for ozone treatment systems. Performed cost estimations for ozone projects. Managed over 150 existing accounts and establish relationships for new business. Trained customers on how to size ozone treamtent systems.

Implemented and managed remediation and construction projects. Site Supervision for excavation and disposal of industrial landfill debris and non-hazardous soil removal. Developed specific scope of work, schedule and cost estimation for liquid vapor extraction system. Prepared pilot study report for Santa Ana Regional Water Quality Control Board for a free-product extraction system.

Developed spreadsheet for classifying and tracking groundwater analytical results. Assisted in the Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB) Barstow remedial investigation and feasibility Study (RI/FS) on-site mobilization. Constructed field log sheets for groundwater monitoring well parameter data collection.
