BuddyBoost is a workplace wellbeing engagement platform. We help employees to buddy-up and to support each other to build healthy habits. We use a mix of month-long challenges and guided learning programmes to deliver a range of outcomes for employees and employers. BuddyBoost is designed to be inclusive and helps employers to promote a culture of wellbeing. Our platform has 4 core programmes enabling physical activity, stress-reduction, better nutrition and more sustainable lives. We also work with our clients to create bespoke programmes according to the needs of their organisation.
