I left employment as a senior area sales manager for a major pneumatics/industrial automation company mid 2018 to set up as a self employed headhunter/recruiter and I am very happy to be working in partnership with Osprey Engineering Solutions Ltd. I know all the pitfalls in the recruitment industry from all angles because I have experienced them myself as a sales person, a sales director employing my own teams and of course as a candidate at times. My unique background and skill set enables me to offer a highly effective service to candidates looking to make their next career move and also enables me to help employers that are looking to recruit pre qualified candidates at all levels from junior support roles through technical, support, sales, key account and senior management/director roles.
