Continuing to oversee various quality functions including product testing and new product launches, with a greater focus on green chemistry and other sustainable attributes as well as green claims. Leading an international team (China, N. America, Europe). Frequent communicator of company’s ESG strategy, at national conferences, colleges, and the trade. Board engagement on ESG. Wide network of sustainability experts throughout various industries. Mentor to numerous professionals in the sustainability space. Single-handedly created a new organization in 2017, the Women in Sustainability Leadership Awards Alumnae Group, and in 2020 purchased the prestigious Women in Sustainability Leadership Awards program from a media company and established non-profit status.
