As Grants and Communication Manager in a 20 million annual budget mission, directly supervising the Communication and Advocacy Officer, my purpose is to : - Work in close collaboration with Concern DRC Programme Managers and Area Coordinators to oversee the country teams grant management processes, ensuring strict compliance with donor requirements. - Build the capacity of the programme team in proposal writing and reporting, producing high quality donor reports and support the development of funding proposals in line with donor and call guidelines. - Support the development of strong relationships with communities, donors and other stakeholders, developing and overseeing high quality visibility, communications and external advocacy initiatives. - Ensure that the goals of the Country Strategic Plan, and crosscutting issues are taken into account in proposals and during programme. The position include frequent (30%) travel to programme areas in North Kivu and Tanganyika.

My primary role is to produce and synthesize high quality reports proposals, assessment reports and any documents distributed externally. To achieve these tasks I worked in close coordination with the Grant Manager, the program and support teams of the mission. I also supported the mission in ensuring compliance with donor regulations towards strengthening accountability to donors. I supported the improvment of internal communication at coordination level as well as internal communication with field bases. In a very sensitive environment regarding external communication, under the responsibility of the CD, I have been involved in designing a communication strategy for an external audience. Solidarites International is a French NGO founded in 1980, whose goal is to provide humanitarian aid to populations in crisis. Employing 2350 people worldwide, it has helped 4.6 million people in 19 countries. During my internship with Alain Boinet, founder of Solidarites International, my tasks were the following - advocacy support (Water barometer, Afghanistan crisis, ...). - writing articles - management of the Defis Humanitaires website - production, distribution and promotion of the second edition of the study on French international humanitarian NGOs - monitoring of current events and writing of study notes - management of social networks

Since 1995, Espelia has been advising local decision-makers on the management of public services. The firm provides local authorities with independent expertise, covering the different types of project management assistance missions. The Mobility department works on legal, financial and technical-economic issues related to structural transport facilities (stations, ports, airports, parking areas...) as well as on the management of urban, interurban and rail transport networks (public service contracts, public service management, SPL, SEMOP). My position as a consultant has led me to work on many sectors of mobility: urban, interurban and school transport, ports, airports, parking policy, etc. I also supported ICEA (Ingenieurs Conseil et Economistes Associes), a subsidiary of Espelia, in particular on a mission of exploitation of public infrastructures of telecommunication by optical fiber in Burkina Faso. ICEA offers consulting expertise in economics and management of public services in emerging and developing countries, in the fields of water, sanitation, energy, telecommunications and digital services, and waste, particularly for donors.

Quantitative and qualitative study on the professional training and trajectories of the inhabitants of the Stalingrad - Riquet political district (15,000 inhabitants) in the 19th arrondissement via the Junior Entreprise of Paris-Dauphine University. - Creation of a representative panel; - Evaluation of the perception of employment support systems for the inhabitants; - Attention also paid to health and safety issues in the neighborhood; - Recommendations for the Paris City Council.

In charge of the substandard housing file at the Hauts-de-Seine Prefecture, under the supervision of the Sub-Prefect in charge of urban policy and social cohesion, Mrs. Veronique Laurent-Albesa. End of Master 1 internship with a report including a research part on the efficiency of the SRU law presenting reflections for a more effective social mix. - Drafting of the departmental plan of fight against insalubrity by meeting and organizing meetings with the DRIHL, the ADIL, the ARS, the SCHS of Gennevilliers and Clichy, the Prosecutor; - Creation of a protocol for referring cases to the prosecutor through meetings with the above-mentioned actors; - Organization of conflict files; - Drafting of compensation orders for landlords for unpaid tenants; - Presence at meetings on various themes organized by the Sub-Prefect; - Took notes at a conference at the Commissariat General a l'Egalite des Territoires (CGET) for Madame la Sous-Prefete.

UCPA (Union nationale des Centres sportifs de Plein Air) a pour but de rendre accessible au plus grand nombre de jeunes les sports de plein air, dans les meilleures conditions de securite et de pratique, tout en favorisant la decouverte de soi et des autres. -Encadrement des cours de trottinette freestyle en skatepark ainsi que d'autres activites 'multiglisse' (skate, skate-electrique, longboard, heelys) durant les vacances scolaires au centre UCPA de Cergy-Pontoise. J'ai encadre 13 sessions d'une semaine entre octobre 2014 et juillet 2018. -Initiations gratuites pour tout age au village sentez-vous sport du stade Charlety le 10 septembre 2016. -animateur et surveillant baignade 2 semaines sur le surfcamp du Porge (aout 2018)

Lassociation est agreee par le Ministere de la Jeunesse et des Sports et affiliee a la Federation Francaise de Roller Sports. -3 semaines de stage a Saint-Georges-de-Didonne (aout 2016) en colonie de vacances pour enfants de salaries de la RATP : Cours de trottinette freestyle: au sol, en skatepark, deplacement en ville. Mise au centre du principe de securite avec sensibilisation sur les risques (objectif 0 blesse). Seances preetablies ; evolution pedagogique. -une journee de demonstration/ initiation a Sainte-Menehould (juin 2017) -une journee de demonstration/ initiation pour la fete des sports de Levallois-Perret (septembre 2017) -cours individuels d'une heure et demi le dimanche matin au skatepark de Bercy (septembre 2017) - une journee de demonstration/ initiation a Velizy Villacoublay (juin 2018)

VIVA est un organisme qui propose depuis plus de 25 ans des sejours de vacances a theme, en France et a letranger, pour des enfants de 4 a 17 ans pendant les vacances scolaires, mais egalement pour les jeunes adultes jusqu'a 25 ans. Premiere colonie de vacance comme animateur, dans le cadre de la validation du BAFA. Sejour d'une semaine.
