My role: • Shaping the capability architecture of Omnicom Advertising India by mapping strengths across the network and making them accessible, usable, and scalable across agencies • Building a plug-in deployment model that allows teams to seamlessly integrate capabilities across Digital Media, Influencer Marketing, Content, CRM, SEO/GEO, ORM, Tech, and emerging formats • Enabling agencies to deepen client partnerships by expanding scope, driving integrated solutions, and increasing share of business The focus is on turning individual excellence into collective strength.
