Primarily responsible for QA and inventory management – documenting results, assisting in driving decisions. Providing feedback, work with other management and regulatory consultants and agencies. Also responsible for a website monitoring initiative that is directly involve with retailer accounts and sales representatives. • Overseeing and analyzing warehouse operations • Websites monitoring • Inventory Control – Keeping and maintaining accurate inventory in a 60,000 sq ft warehouse • Administration of purchase orders sheets, UPC lists, customer returns reports, inventory reports for the sales team and management • Ensuring and maintaining a clean, safe and efficient work place as per regulations • Conduct employees training sessions • Briefing team members on a daily basis of concerns and updates • QA Management o Work with regulatory consultants and agencies o Track all Product License Applications and organize accordingly o Organize all submission, EN and NPN o Manage all documentation required for regulatory, customs and shipments o Site License management o Drug Precursor License management o Inventory management due to QA o Products recall management o Any QA and/or regulatory issues
