In this volunteer role I lead on Young Arts Fundraisers regional engagement in the South West as part of the National Development team. I promote the professional network for early careers fundraisers in the arts through events and communications. During 2020-2021 I was a mentee on the Young Arts Fundraisers x Raise Arts, Culture and Heritage programme which developed my confidence in fundraising and contributed to a successful campaign which raised funds to revamp a mobile library serving communities in rural South and West Devon. Young Arts Fundraisers is a professional training, coaching and mentoring organisation which gives tools to early-careers arts fundraisers to support their skills and networking.
