Roy Dobrasinovic

In 1997, Roy Dobrasinovic had a vision to make a difference in the Chicago transportation industry Roy started out with a small trucking company, operating only a few trucks. Within a year, Roy built Compass into a 100 truck operation. Roy’s philosophy is “Built to Last” and this way of thinking paid off very quickly because Compass became recognized as a high quality trucking company not only in the Chicagoland area, but throughout the country. At its peak Compass had 250 trucks on the road. Roy soon after created Compass Holding where he envisioned and developed a very unique business philosophy with the principal idea of meeting all the needs of drivers & owner operators. Roy created a place where a driver could come, purchase trucks, get financing for it, lease trailers, get insurance coverage and get factoring all under one roof. Roy is a Visionary that knows the value of his employees, Roy’s motto is “Together We Will Navigate to Success”
