Royce Macarthur

As a chair member of Brotherhood for my fraternity Phi Gamma Delta, I oversee a committee that helps put on and plan events for this chapter. Through this experience, I have been able to think outside the box while coming up with new ideas and have been given the opportunity to learn how to work with many different committees and members of the chapter. I have also learned how to maximize a budget by planning out events far in advance while bargaining for better prices. Through this experience, I have learned a lot about being a leader and am very thankful for the experience.
