Develop and implement proper communication channel with new and current Jabil suppliers, ensuring the execution of Jabil pricing and terms and conditions that are negotiated by CMs and RCMs. • Coordinate with Supplier’s raw material quotes optimizing overall cost opportunities. • Outsource decisions are analyzed and presented to the entire work cell showing them what benefits this could represent to the BU.
• Coordinate and supervise all areas involved with productive and non-productive materials. • Buyer and planner. • Request for quotations of material, develop new suppliers, schedule purchases and deliveries, establishing and maintaining minimum stocks of raw material. • Customs Dept. Document invoices and schedule pick up for the import-export of material or finish goods according to the plant needs, Warehouse. • Supervise all shipments received do not include any discrepancy, verify material inventory accuracy, schedule cycle counts in a weekly basis on most expensive parts, coordinate shipping area and tracing material rejected at salvage area.
• Responsible for the international Buying of productive material based on the Chihuahua plant necessities, also for Chicago and Reynosa plants. • Investigate Electronic supply sources, conducting supplier visits and inspections, developing new supply sources and alternate material and sources. • Responsible for the Traffic area. • Coordinate and dispatch trailer movements between El Paso warehouse, Juarez plant and Chihuahua plants, Preparation of yearly budget for traffic expenses.
