Job Role: Project Proposal, Grant proposal, Reports writing, Research studies and documentation. Partnership with the Gos & NGOs for programme sustainability. Advocacy for Child Rights, Social Investigations, Counselling and case loads. Training on Gender, Child/ Women rights, Health, Hygiene, Nutrition, life skills and income generation. Organizing Health Camp in communities. Formation of Self Help Groups, Microfinance generation. Assisted in Recruitment process to HR. legal compliance of Children’s Home. Finance Management of the programmes. Monitoring, evaluation and administration of the programmes. Represented the organization in various International/ National summits/ seminars. Design and developing programme & workshops, build networks and contribute to the strategic planning. Arranging Board meetings, annual meetings and conclaves, issuing notices to all concerned, coordinating events time to time. Handling business communications - Interacting with advertising agencies, print and electronic media. Managing all office activities - office correspondence, procurement etc.
