I direct and implement strategic plans for international operations to drive the sustainability and profitability of Little Caesar’s franchised/licensed pizza restaurants in outside of the U.S. I am responsible for P&L, budget, sales, PSAs, and EBIDTA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization). I oversee and develop operating systems, management structures, and training for regional zone leadership, and individual franchises/licensees. I open and build new regional markets. I communicate and act as liaison between international corporate headquarters and regional leadership, training teams and individual franchisees. I collaborate with Regional Managing Directors to drive and execute business plans aligned with Little Caesar’s corporate strategic direction. I manage training programs to build the skillset capability of the International Operations group. To ensure global compliance and consistency with Little Caesar’s corporate standards and best practices for quality and brand protection. I monitor the performance of franchisees/licensees in food quality, safety, menus/products, customer service, and approved suppliers. I participate in the selection of all new franchise applicants and team members. I advise and coach individual franchisees to maximize their investment (unit economics) and profitability. I provide direction in shared marketing, communication, and creative and design services. Key Accomplishments • Enhanced performance of store networks with Operational Excellence initiative by updating the store review process and creating a new coaching tool for store managers. • Implemented an international food-safety program which led to major improvements at all stores.
