I manage the master vend for both the permanent and temporary recruitment teams with our client BMI, the UK's leading private healthcare provider. Reporting to the CEO, since HCRG's acquisition of Affinity workforce, and the re-branding to Affinity Workforce solutions, Team24 has maintained a constant level of service to ensure minimal disruption to the client. I am accountable for the overall relationship, delivery and growth of the contract and the Supplier’s adherence to its obligations and performance against the Service Levels. I have played a fundamental part in a number of new processes which have been implemented, from inception to roll out and everything in between. My Key Responsibilities include; • Central point of contact for escalated issue resolution • Provide consultative advice on all recruitment activities, recruitment strategy and process • Identifying and implementing initiatives to improve cost effective recruitment outcomes for the client, where appropriate. • Ensuring vendors' full compliance with the Service Level Agreement • Management of a team of 24
