● Responsible for coordinating with Airlines Sales and Flight Operations Management and OCC personnel on matters affecting Flight Operations and customer support. ● Responsible for making delay and cancelations decisions for non-safety related reasons, to meet operational objectives of Silk Way Airlines and Silk Way West Airlines. ● Responsible for applying operating policies in the best interest of safety, cargo handling, customer service, schedule, reliability and operating profit during an assigned shift. ● Collaborates with Director OCC in decision –making. ● Collaborates with Cargo Managers, Charter Sales Managers, Chief Loadmaster for IL76 or B747 Loadmasters at Baku Cargo Terminal, Fuel & Ground Handling Manager, Manager of ULD Control Department and other departments or employees as required to resolve operational issues related to planned flights of SWW/SWA. ● Assist Flight Dispatchers, Dispatch Support , Crew Control Officers and Cargo Managers in solving immediate operational problems, and other departments and outside agencies if required. ● Coordinates with Silk Way Technics on Maintenance activities for the fleet of SWA/SWW. ● Ensures proper publishing of SWW/SWA/SWi/Sky Gates schedules in Blue One (software program) by Dispatch Support. ● Ensure all permits, slots, PPRs, O/F permits to be appropriate to scheduled operations and charter flights in advance. ● Coordinates with SWW Permission Department in regards with the permit status of flights. ● Provides SWW and SWA Fleet Schedule on weekends and holidays for the whole company. ● Responsible for the discipline of ATC Coordinators, Flight Dispatch, and Dispatch Support during the shift.
