Regular HSE Inspection of Land Drilling Rigs and Issuing Remedial Work Plans as per HSE UK and IADC Guidelines, Regular Training of HSE Officers.

Azaran Industrial Structures Company established its first manufacturing unit in 1996 for the purposes of manufacturing steel structures and equipment with the aim to present services to industrial projects. My tasks are: - Analyze work environments and design programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury caused by chemical, physical, and ergonomic factors. - May conduct inspections and enforce adherence to laws and regulations governing the health and safety of individuals. -Developing and monitoring HSE objectives and targets. -Implementing HSE plans to ensure compliance with HSE standards and instructions. -Inspecting or evaluating workplace environment, equipment or practices to ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulation. -Carrying out risk assessments for all activities, location and processes.

DANA OIL SERVICES KISH company is a subsidiary of Dana Energy holding. This company has a few packages of cementing, acidizing and stimulation of wells via coiled tubing units as well as Deep Cleaner vessel.

DANA PETRO RIG Co. is a subsidiary of Dana Energy holding . This company is an active Drilling Contractor and is Drilling at the different Onshore locations of Iran by two 2000 hp land drilling rigs. I have advised and presented several services such as: Designing HSE Documents (ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007 and HSE-MS), Consultant for HSE Services (Drug Test, Disinfection and Issuer of HSE documents).

ASRKish Company is an Onshore Drilling Contractor and a subsidiary of Global Petro Tech Co. which has 4 rental onshore drilling rigs and implementing many drilling projects and my most important activities were as below: Generating Environmental Manual, Establishment of Environmental Monitoring and Measurement Indicators (KPI), Providing HSEQ Risk Matrix due to IADC and OGP Template, Organizing SQM with All Supportive Contractors, Issuing JSA for All Positions of Drilling Personnel as per IADC, Preparing HSE and Quality Requirement for Tenders, Creating Bridging Documents (Interface), Recruitment of HSE staff and Coaching as per IADC Requirement, Preparing HSEQ Work Plans, Working Instructions and Project HSE and Quality Plan, Preparing Environmental Emergency Plan, Reviewing the Waste Management Plan, Issuing the Procedures for Environmental Management System including the Main Elements of ISO 14001:2004, 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO/TS 29001:2010.

Manpa Drilling Co. is a Drilling Contractor and is owner of one jack-up drilling rig (Offshore) and two onshore drilling rigs. ( Middle East Energy Development (MEED) Company .The old name of this company) My tasks was: Quality Control and Assurance of Drilling Tools and Equipment, Assessment of Environmental Concerns (EIA), Checking the HSE Requirement and Arrangement on MODU and Onshore Drilling Units, Generating and Gap Analysis of Environmental Regulations (Environmental Initial Review), Reviewing the Waste Treatment Plans of Drilling Mud and Fluids. Plan and control of inspection expenses, organize resources for running the QC & QA department.

Petro Gohar Farasahel Kish (PGFK) Company is an offshore drilling contractor which has 2 owned & 2 rental jack-up drilling rigs and are working at Persian gulf on south pars phases 13, 22, 23 & 24. Designing HSE Work Practices and Procedures as well Documents of IMS Standards (ISO 9001, 14001 & OHSAS 18001), Recruit, Develop, Coach and Lead HSE Advisers, Identifying Risks and Considering Control Measures, Preparing HSE Work Plans, Supporting the Implementation and Achievement of HSE Objectives and Performance through KPIs, Liaise with the HSE Team and Operating Groups and Companies (SQMs), Developing Emergency Response and Oil Spill Contingency Plans, Create Bridging Documents with Contractor Operations and Providing HSE Support to the Relevant Emergency Response Teams, Specify HSE Tools & Rig Equipment Requirements and Specification for New Offshore Rigs, Rig & Rig Equipment Audit and Inspection, Determining HSE Requirement For Projects and Tenders, HSE Staff Training, Preparing Environmental Impact Appraisal & Assessment, Providing Oversight of Technical HSE Quality of Projects and Other Related Duties. My main job description and activities was as below: Oversee and Drive the Implementation of HSE Departmental Functions Including Auditing, Training, Incident Investigation, Tools, HSE Policies, Procedures and Methods Designed to Drive The Company’s HSE Culture, Identifying Legal and Statutory Laws and Compliance with Client’s Technical Requirements, Providing HSE Support for Design, Decision and Monitoring Activities, Periodically Conducting Site Visits to Perform Assessments for Complying with Legal Requirement and Internal Codes. Running HSE Training Matrix, Issuing Safe Work Practices, Publishing and Monitoring LTA/LTI statistics as per OGP and IADC ISPs, Daily Supervision of Drilling Operation.
